First REIT 3Q2008 DPU up to 1.92 cents per unit

First REIT's 3Q DPU rose by around 12%.  This quarter they will be paying a total of 1.92 cents per unit.

Gross Revenue has increased by 7.4%

Net Property Income has increased by 8%

Distributable Income has increased by 12.4%

Distribution per unit (for 3Q) has increased by 11.6%

At its current price, First REIT has a dividend yield of around 19%.

It's directors have also been buying in shares over the past few weeks and months.
